Bicentennial Park Renovation

New playground, picnic tables, improving the lighting and landscaping, and constructing a sidewalk along Woodvale Drive. Playground equipment installation is complete. Remaining elements are scheduled for fall 2024

Freedom Tree Park

 Construction of an open lawn for small events, public art, a playground, picnic pavilions, restrooms, vegetative buffers, walking paths, parking and a trail connection to Community Park. The project is currently in design phase with an anticipated construction start fourth quarter of 2024.

The trail is currently decomposed granite and will be replaced with a concrete trail. Also included will be signage, shading, bike racks, mile markers, exercise equipment.

La Quinta Course Renovations

Construction of various improvements to renovate and upgrade the LaQuinta Course at the Quail Valley Country Club Golf Course. Project is in design phase with construction anticipated to start fall 2024 with completion second quarter of 2025

The trail will be replaced with a concrete trail to increase accessibility of park trails, increase usage of resources and reduce ongoing maintenance costs. Project is programmed to begin in 2027.

 Replacement of the playground, landscape improvements, and converting the asphalt trail to concrete. Installation and construction are scheduled for fall 2024.

Sta Mo Complex

Construction of multi-purpose sports fields and courts, a multi-wheeled pump track, shade areas, multi-purpose trails, a playground, site furniture such as benches, lighting, trashcans etc., signage, a pavilion and the installation of native landscaping. This redevelopment will provide equitable recreational opportunities through structured and unstructured play. The project is in design phase with construction anticipated to start fourth quarter of 2024.
