Facilities - ADA Compliance/Building Code Upgrades

Corrections to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance at City facilities. Facility ADA assessment was completed in 2017. These corrections are needed to be in compliance with ADA. 

Facilities - Dept. Requests

Remodeling and facility upgrades at multiple department’s city-wide to support new staff and growth. The project started construction third quarter of 2023 and is anticipated to be completed fourth quarter of 2024. 

Facilities - Life Safety Renovations

Life safety upgrades at multiple city facilities. The proposed upgrades are outcomes of the facility assessment report. The project started construction third quarter of 2023 and is anticipated to be completed third quarter of 2024

Golf Course Maintenance Facility

Demolish the existing golf course maintenance facility due to the age of the structure rendering it nonrepairable. A new, modern maintenance facility will be constructed at an alternate location which is not adjacent to existing homes to improve golf course maintenance at a lower impact to residents. The project is in design phase and anticipated to start construction fourth quarter of 2024
